10 Feet And Under: The Story Of Milford Brown

Milford Brown, the adventurous girl from 122 Pent Street, was always being watched. At first it was by the local police for trespassing. It soon escalated to a stalker. Since that night, Milford has never been back outside. She stopped being adventurous at 15 years old. One night when Milford was fast asleep, she was awoken by a loud bang. She got up to investigate, only to discover that a strange man was peeking through her window outside. He had knocked the garbage can over. She screamed in terror and has lived with the scariness of it for the last 25 years. She bought a house in Deep Falls, with no windows or visible light. She only uses artificial light. No one has seen her in 25 years, and we all thought she was dead. Well, as it turns out, she was dead, just not yet. Her stalker, John Alchey, was released yesterday from Sacramento State Prison and he bought Milford's childhood home. The day of Milford's death, John was also killed. Milford's death went like this: She...

When You Lose Someone

When you lose someone, you are shocked and filled with melancholy. At first you do not want to believe it, but you soon come to the fact that there is nothing you can do. Instead of having second thoughts about your own life, you sit down with the deepest of thoughts. You choose to only sit alone, because whenever you hear a single word from your friend or family, you just hear nothing but the deceased person's voice. If you are a serious mourner or mystery author, you live long enough to not be able to distinguish the difference between a stage prop and a real gun. You choose to conduct your own investigation to see if the manor of death was really the actual cause. What you may find can shock you. After the little investigation, you start to dwell. You dwell on how this person affected you so deeply. You dwell on not being able to cherish all of those precious moments with that one person. You dwell on the past and you start to let it become your future. Most people will tell yo...

Built Different

The people in our world are all different. When we find our look-a-likes and long lost siblings we never knew we had, we are overcome with emotion. For some people, they might have the same life story as others, a few chapters behind or 8 chapters ahead. For the people who long to live a free life but have a hard time doing so because of their history or their present nature, they know that they still have to pay the price for the things they did long ago. We are all different through blood, eye color, and thumb prints, but we all have one goal: To live our lives as best as possible. One wrong turn down the wrong path, and you end up in the dumps. There's no changing that. That's the reason we all have different stories to tell. We are all built different. There are three stages in life. One: We all have energy and time, but no money. Two: We have money and energy, but no time. Three: We have all the time and money in the world, but no energy. There is also another philosophica...

What Is Real

Do you ever wonder if everything is real? When you die, do you expect someone to take off the VR headset and ask " How was it?" We all have those moments in life where we ask ourselves " Is this even real?" We all have those moments when we reflect on what we have done, what we are doing, and what is in store for us later down the road. We lose track of time because of these countless reflections and feel the fires get cold. We have thoughts like " Do I realize that as I get older,  I see my family age too?'' or " Are we meant to make money or give glory?'' All of our moments are different, and we express them in countless ways. You could be getting ready for work at three AM and in the shower when you ask yourself " What is life?" Most people come up with ridiculous responses, such as to be famous or to die instantly. I tell you now, there is no clear answer. Pick whichever answer works best for you. You could be waking up and i...
